Based on schedule of previous seasons of "Suits," CarterMatt and Hollywood Hills are speculating that Season 5B will go on air next year. The show is expected to resume its run in late January of 2016 for its remaining six episodes. Meanwhile, fans know that "Suits" has been renewed for Season 6 and it is expected to premiere in the summer of 2016.

The promo video for "Suits" Season 5B teases the events of Episode 11. It shows Mike getting arrested for fraud. Speaking to TV Line, showrunner Aaron Korsh assured that the next chapter will be dealing with Mike's arrest.
"Every decision that everybody made before Mike got arrested, it's all now back up in the air, back in flux. [His arrest] just trumps everything. They have to circle the wagons and do whatever they can," Korsh told the abovementioned website.
"It will, absolutely, at a minimum, cause Harvey to reexamine the choice he made. However, Forstman and Hardman are still out there. If he could have undone that decision easily in the first place, he wouldn't have made it. That's one of the challenges of the first episode back is dealing with that," Korsh explained.
Furthermore, the executive producer revealed that Harvey's therapist Dr. Paula Agard (Christine Cole) is here to stay. He teased her presence in "Suits" Season 5B as well as Season 6.
At the same time, the possibility of a relationship between Harvey and Donna remains uncertain. Even though Korsh did not deny the possibility of Donna and Harvey getting together, but he refrained from giving a definite answer. "You never know. That's the best I can say," Krosh responded to the question.
