When Netflix announced the renewal of "Sense8" season 2, fans have immediately started to come up with possible plots for the coming episodes. One of the most popular is about Wolfgang (Max Riemelt) and Kala's (Tina Desai) relationship.
According to News Everyday, the Netflix series could dig deeper into Wolfgang and Kala's blooming romance. In the last episode, the former tells Desai's character that she would be better off marrying Rajan (Purab Kohli), saying that he is not good for her.
The publication speculated that Kala may just consider leaving Wolfgang for Rajan after witnessing how he killed all those people in season 1. It was said that she might just try to forget her feelings for Wolfgang in exchange for a much safer option.
During a Reddit discussion, some fans pointed out that Wolfgang and Kala's relationship was not as strong as Will (Brian J. Smith) and Riley's (Tuppence Middleton).
Unlike the latter, where viewers can immediately see the connection, some fans pointed out that the first pairing just might be too forced. They added that it might be too early to speculate if Wolfgang and Kala end up together in "Sense8" season 2.
Netizen zinc_chameleon, however, claimed that Wolfgang and Kala's connection was necessary to the Sensates' survival. S/He pointed out that their ability to communicate to each other without being physically present will be vital to the team in the long run.
"I'm of the opinion that their relationship was purposely kept on the back burner (a standard GOT tactic) so that they would emerge as the primary 'swat team' of Season Two," the user added.
