Female celebrities have turned heads with their superlative sartorial statements from Miley Cyrus' outrageous red carpet look to Taylor Swift's shimmering ensemble, which makes the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards worth watching.
One of the best parts of the larger-than-life event is the red carpet. Selena Gomez, Swift, Nicky Minaj, Britney Spears, and Kylie Jenner wowed on the red carpet.
Laura Marano, Brandi Cyrus and Kelly Osbourne were among the first to rock the carpet. All three ladies looked incredible. Marano was clad in a little black dress from Victoria Beckham Spring 2009 collection. She accessorized LBD with a Louis Vuitton clutch and Stuart Weitzman sandals. Red carpet host Kelly Osbourne wore a black pinstripe jumpsuit with black and gold pumps.
Brandi was there to support the night's host, her half-sister Miley, while dressed in a dazzling black dress and lace-up heels. The host donned a futuristic silver-strapped chandelier-inspired ensemble. Stella Maxwell was at the show dressed in a Pink, black and blue colored Moschino gown.
Taylor Swift rocked the red carpet in a sequined gold, silver and bronze hounds tooth crop top and matching trousers by Ashish. Swift arrived with her "Bad Blood" squad, including Selena Gomez, Karlie Kloss, Cara Delevingne and Gigi Hadid.
Gomez stunned in a black metallic knit long sleeve dress from the Fall 2015 Calvin Klein Collection, while Delevingne wore a silver star-print mini dress. While Hadid looked adorable in yellow Emilia Wickstead creation, former Victoria's Secret Angel Kloss was wearing an attractive orange Louis Vuitton number. Lily Aldridge looked chic in Alexandre Vauthier number. Bella Thorne wore a Grecian gown by Maria Lucia Hohan and completed her look with shimmering Stuart Weitzman shoes.
Nicki Minaj arrived in sheer gold dress. The "Anaconda" rapper kicked off the awards with a great performance and took home the Moonman for Best Hip Hop Video.
Kanye West and Kim Kardashian were dressed in neutral colors. Mr. West donned a grey sweat suit and Mrs. West looked elegant in a floor-length olive-colored gown by Balmain with a lace-up plunging neckline and slit up the front.
Britney Spears wore scant silver and gold cutout dress showing off the belly button. Spears presented the award for Best Male Video.
Demi Lovato left little to the imagination in a skintight and plunging pale pink Nicolas Jebran number.
