"Dance Moms" alum Chloe Lukasiak recently opened up about her friendship with her former teammate Maddie Ziegler.
In the special throwback episode for the Lifetime series, the 14-year-old professional dancer said that she never gets to Ziegler anymore because of their tight schedules.
Ever since Lukasiak said those things about Ziegler, fans immediately thought that the two have an issue at the moment, according to Bustle.
However, Ziegler said that there is nothing going on between them. It is just that, they have been pitted against each other almost all of their lives.
Meanwhile, back in 2014, Lukasiak appeared in the premiere episode of "Dance Moms" season 5 where she talked about her biggest dance rival.
"We're best friends, but sometimes it's kind of hard because we're always competing against each other. One day, we're best friends, the next day we have to focus and get in our zone," she said.
At that time, Lukasiak added that she and Ziegler have been friends since the latter was four years old and she was six. However, ever since she transferred to Studio 19, they have not had the chance to bond with each other.
Other than their dance careers, Lukasiak is already dating and in a relationship with Disney star Ricky Garcia. She has also appeared in several music videos like Ziegler.
The latter, meanwhile, has appeared in several shows such as "Pretty Little Liars" and "Dancing With the Stars." Ziegler has also appeared in three of Sia's music videos, namely, "Elastic Heart," "Chandelier" and "Big Girls Cry."
At present, fans are looking forward to seeing Lukasiak and Ziegler working together.
