The upcoming episode of "Chasing Life" season 2 could change the lives of the entire Carver family.
Just recently, April Carver found out her father's biggest secret after asking George several times on what he knows about his death.
George revealed that Thomas suffered from ALS, and he requested that he stays silent on his attempts at taking his own life.
According to George, he agreed with what his brother wanted because his main intention was to protect his nieces. However, April and the rest of the Carver clan believe that what he did was wrong.
Meanwhile, upon learning Thomas' secret, Natalie left the Carver household, and went back to where her mother was staying.
While there, Natalie asked her mom about Thomas' book. To her surprise, her mother revealed that she knows about the book, and even had it republished.
This shocking twist could shake things up in the Carver household, and there is a chance that Natalie will be blamed.
Although she promised that she would not tell anyone about what George did, April, her mom and her sister could think that Natalie has something to do with the publishing of Thomas' book.
In other news, Monday night's episode of "Chasing Life" introduced a friend of April from when she was still in college.
It was revealed in the episode that Ellie Pratt was not really a good friend, but a someone who was so popular on social media.
When she learned about April's battle with cancer, Ellie did everything in her power to get everyone's attention from the patient to her, according to TV Fanatic.
"Chasing Life" season 2 airs Monday at 9 p.m. ET on ABC Family.
