New teaser trailers of Zack Snyder's "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" will be out soon.
According to Umberto Gonzalez of Heroic Hollywood, two new teasers will be released in October. The publication added that one teaser will be aired during a commercial break for Ali Adler, Greg Berlanti, and Andrew Kreisberg's CBS television series "Supergirl" while the other teaser will be aired during a commercial break for Bruno Heller's FOX television series "Gotham."
As per Gonzalez, the teasers will center on Superman and Batman, separately. Both teasers will sooner or later give rise to a new full length trailer, which is set to be released in November, along with Ryan Coogler's sports drama "Creed," Sam Mendes' action thriller "Spectre," and Francis Lawrence's sci-fi adventure "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part II."
The details on the teasers are yet to be confirmed because of the private nature of the DC Extended Universe (DCEU).
With Batman and Superman being considered as two of Earth's greatest superheroes, releasing two trailers featuring the characters separately provides an equal airtime for each of them, as well as a sense of balance for the film's entirety, as per Cinema Blend.
Meanwhile, full trailer of Snyder's "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" is set to hit the big screen along with the release of J.J. Abram's upcoming sci-fi film "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" on Dec. 18. Another full trailer will also be released together with Ericsone Core's action crime thriller film "Point Break" on Dec. 25.
Directed by Snyder, "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" will lead to the rise of the superhero team Justice League. The film stars Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck, Gal Gadot, Jason Momoa, Ezra Miller, Ray Fisher, Jesse Eisenberg, and Amy Adams, among others.
Snyder's "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" two-part teasers will be aired on Oct. 26 while the film is slated to premiere in theaters in the United States on Mar. 25, 2016.
