Paige, once again, took off the babyface mask and dropped a huge pipe bomb in the ongoing WWE Divas Revolution.
Following Charlotte's first title win against Nikki Bella at Night of Champions, Paige fired insult after insult to her Team PCB mates and rivals the next night on WWE RAW.
The first ever NXT Women's Champion recently spoke to Channel Guide Magazine's Scott Fishman to discuss the whole Divas Revolution angle and the events that led to her turn.
"I felt like the whole 'Divas Revolution' thing started to get stale," Paige said. "I thought it definitely needed a kick in the [expletive] a little bit."
In Paige's mind, she took it upon herself to re-ignite the fuel of the Divas and the WWE Universe's interest.
"It was cool the first couple of nights with the NXT girls coming up," she claimed. "Then we kind of went back to this stale state of having tag matches. We weren't telling a story."
She continued: "With the whole Charlotte and Nikki story, it was similar to me and Nikki. People were complaining about that."
In terms of the overall flow of the content, the British wrestler had the blessing of the higher ups and even the WWE Chairman himself.
"Vince [McMahon] and our writers were so cool with the promo," the two-time WWE Divas Champion shared. "They definitely gave me the freedom to say what I wanted. I kept it as tame as possible. I wanted to go a little bit harder, but I thought, 'nah, I'll save it."
With this turn of event, Paige felt positive that every Diva will have the opportunity to shine on the big stage.
"I feel like that a pipe bomb or 'Paige Bomb' as I call it, is what was needed. Now a team has split up and everyone is going for everyone, which is great. I'm looking forward to seeing where everyone else goes."
The Norwich native also shared about the whole experience that particular night on RAW and her plans for the future.
"It was definitely an adrenaline rush. I wanted to be the bad guy and am happy to be the bad guy. I don't mind being hated. But the crowd was so receptive to it and great. They were cheering most of it. I was like, 'no, that's not the way it was supposed to be.'"
Paige concluded: "With the Paige character, I want to evolve back into her. She is not a smiling babyface. She is a bad ass who doesn't care what other people think. She is this lone ranger, and that is what I am."
