Nick Gordon, late Whitney Houston's adopted son and late Bobbi Kristina Brown's alleged boyfriend, is facing an imminent arrest anytime since the district attorney in Georgia has allegedly convened a secret grand jury with the intent of charging him with the murder.
Although the attorney refused to divulge more details saying that it is still not confirmed what the charges will be, it is clear that Gordon will be facing criminal charges very soon while the attorney is still in consultation with legal experts to see if murder charges are applicable, an insider told Us Weekly.
The 25-year-old is also facing a $10 million lawsuit accusing him of wrongful death of the celeb-child, filed by her conservator Bedelia Hargrove. Under the lawsuit, he is accused of giving the late singer's daughter a toxic drink on the night of Jan. 31 after which she was found unresponsive in the bathtub.
The only child of the late legendary singer Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown slipped into a coma and later died on July 26 due to massive irreversible brain damage. She was only 22.
Last week, it was reported that the Fulton County medical examiner has found the exact cause of Bobbi Kristina's death but was ordered by a judge to keep the report sealed. Reacting to the news, Bobby's lawyer claimed that they believe strongly that Gordon had harmed the celeb-child causing her a painful untimely death.
Meanwhile, Gordon was spotted looking glum and thoughtful on Oct. 2, Friday, as he strolled in the gated community in Florida where he lives with his 44-year-old mother, Michelle, Daily Mail reported.
