March 20th, Hong Kong's last governor Chris Patten, who is now a chancellor of the University of Oxford, attended an event in Hong Kong, which is held by Hong Kong Maritime Museum and Oxford University jointly. During the event, dozens of Hong Kong citizens surrounded Chris Patten and said they wanted Hong Kong to return to British rule. These people expressed their wish to return to the days where Hong Kong operated independently of China.

These Hong Kong citizens were carrying flag of the United Kingdom and Hong Kong flag. The Hong Kong flag was used when Hong Kong was still a British territory. These guys played the National anthem of England with their phones to express how they miss the colonial days.

However, Chris Patten just shook hands with these people, didn't reply any questions. Then Chris Patten left Hong Kong Maritime Museum by guards and policemen.

When journalists ask Chris Patten about Hong Kong's electoral reform debate, he refused to discuss the city's electoral reform debate. Chris Patten believes the core values that Chinese government tried to nurture are crucial in keeping Hong Kong competitive. He also refused to comment on any affairs of Hong Kong. At last, Chris Patten stressed that his point of view on Hong Kong's "one country, two systems" never changes.
