Spoilers for "Grey's Anatomy" Season 12 suggest that fans will finally learn more about Dr. Stephanie. According to synopsis for Episode 4 "Old Time Rock and Roll" published on network's official website, undisclosed circumstances will have Stephanie open up about her past experiences. Meanwhile, Meredith, Amelia and Maggie plan to host a dinner party at their place. But it seems they totally forget about it after sending out the invitation.
Back at hospital, Owen tries to teach the interns how to break the bad news to the family and friends of the patients. The upcoming segment will also dig into Arizona and Callie's love life. Arizona finds encouragement to move forward in life and never stop looking for love. A 90-year-old patient promises Arizona that love will find her again.
A promo video for "Grey's Anatomy" Season 12 gives a glimpse at events for Episode 4 "Old Time Rock and Roll." The trailer shows an awkward moment between Maggie and Andrew at the hospital. It also teases Amelia and Meredith's reaction when they learn about Maggie and Andrew's rendezvous.
"Who does that? Who screws the intern?" Maggie asks Meredith in the promo. "The father of my children," Meredith replies.
