Samsung Galaxy Grand On speculations have been confirmed by the Chinese telecommunications regulator TENAA. Samsung's imminent entry-level flagship smartphone will be out in the market sooner than expected.

The Samsung Grand On will have a 5.1-inch 720 x 1280 HD display that will run on Android 5.1 Lollipop.  An 8MP rear camera with CMOS sensor is said to support 1080p Full HD video recording. A 5MP front-facing camera is also included

Samsung's entry-level flagship smartphone will also be having a gigabyte RAM plus an 8GB of internal storage.  A micro-SD is also available that can accommodate up to 128GB of additional storage.  It will also be supporting the following: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPRS, LTE FDD, TD-LTE and other EDGE networks, GSM Arena reported.

TENAA certification, however, did not show any details with regards to the battery capacity and its processor.  It only stated that it will have a dual-core 1.3 GHz processor. 

The Samsung Galaxy Grand On is valued at $104 according to rumors, although there is no official word yet on the market price of the new device, Sam Mobile reported.

Meanwhile, the Galaxy O7, Galaxy Grand On sibling, is now known as the Galaxy Mega On. It is a budget phablet with a 5.5-inch display, Snapdragon 410 SoC pegged at 1.2GHz, a 1.5GB  RAM, a 13MP rear-facing camera, and a 5MP front-facing camera. It is also said that it the Galaxy Mega On will have a 3,000 mAh battery.

Samsung Galaxy Grand On manufacturer has not released official word yet.
