The fourth episode of "Empire" season 2 featured Cookie (Taraji P. Henson) and Lucious Lyon (Terrence Howard) setting their differences aside.
In their attempts to help promote Jamal (Jussie Smollett) and Hakeem's (Bryshere Y. Gray) new single, Cookie and Lucious did everything in their power to get the media's attention.
However, the brothers who have been feuding for the past couple of months now can't seem to get along.
Meanwhile, the upcoming fifth episode will feature Cookie and Anika (Grace Gealey) joining forces to compete against Empire Records, and take Lucious' company down.
In "Be True," Andre (Trai Byers) will also be baptized to help cleanse his soul after all of the sins he's committed recently.
"Over at Lyon Dynasty, Cookie, and Anika work together with Laz (guest star Adam Rodriguez) to throw Cookie Lyon's Block Party, a big event to launch their company, showcase their artists, and premiere a signature Dynasty anthem written by Hakeem," the episode synopsis read.
"Meanwhile, Jamal gets busy working on his new music with Ne-Yo. Also, Hakeem begins a tender romance with the lead singer of his girl group, and Andre takes steps to rid his soul of past sins," the synopsis continued.
According to Design N Trend, Ne-Yo will also be playing his role, and will be appearing in the episode.
In other news, FOX also released a teaser for the upcoming episode which featured Andre returning to Empire Records. After he told his dad that he will become a grandfather, Lucious' heart softened and he allowed his son to once again work with him.
