During downtimes, the WWE Universe scour the realms of the worldwide web for plenty of reasons, among those is having the potential to peek into the lives of their favorite wrestling superstars and know the stories behind these kayfabe personalities.
In this edition, highlights and lowlights include: Randy Orton and Luke Harper's RAW absence, Roman Reigns' apparent title run, and a whole lot more.
As per usual, diehard WWE fans should take all of these with a grain of salt.
Significant Absences on RAW
Yesterday's WWE RAW highlighted a lot of noteworthy appearances by Stone Cold Steve Austin, Shawn Michaels, and Ric Flair. Conversely, the show also featured significant absences in two opposing factions.
Apparently, The Wyatt Family was missing Luke Harper due to a "creative decision" by the higher ups at WWE. However, noted local WWE analyst, Justin LaBar quickly squashed the rumors, saying Harper is out because of personal reasons.
On the other hand, Randy Orton won't be with Dean Ambrose at Hell in a Cell due to a shoulder injury. Wrestling Observer Radio reported that Orton has been competing with this nagging injury for a while now. In addition, after dislocating it last week, Orton is now waiting the MRI results to see if he will need surgery.
Expect More of Roman Reigns
With Randy Orton on the shelf, and John Cena taking his personal time off, it looks like all roads point to Roman Reigns' second crack at being the "super" babyface of the company.
Plans suggest that Reigns will win the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at Wrestlemania 32 versus Seth Rollins, so any heel turn - if possible - will occur after the event.
