"Shake It Off" hit maker Taylor Swift gave a two-year-old boy named Leyton a Mercedes-Benz as an early Christmas gift, and she even delivered the gift in person to the house of the toddler's family in North Haven, Connecticut.
"I open the door and she's like, 'Hey, Steph!' and it's just her right there, and I lost it," Leyton's mother Stephanie Barnett told NBC Connecticut.
According to Barnett, who is also Swift's big fan, the car was very big. She also said that Swift went to FAO Schwartz and "got a bunch of stuff" for his son.
Before Swift's surprise visit, Barnett has spoken to the 24-year-old award-winning singer via social media.
For Barnett, Swift is an unbelievable and amazing person considering the things she does for her fans.
After spending around two hours with the Barnett family, Swift dropped by the Starbucks on Washington Avenue in North Haven. Aside from grabbing a coffee, she managed to chat with her fans there for a couple of minutes before going home.
Meanwhile, Swift is reportedly reconciling with her 20-year-old former boyfriend, One Direction's Harry Styles.
A source told New Weekly Magazine that Styles has been "plaguing Taylor with texts" and even sent her 1,989 roses.
The two singers dated from Oct. 2012 to Jan. 2013, but their relationship apparently had a bitter end.
In 2013, Swift spoke with a British accent during the performance of her hit song "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" at the Grammy Awards.
In the middle of the performance, she pretended to speak on her phone, which was interpreted as mockery against Styles.
Currently, "Shake It Off" is still at number one in Billboard Hot 100, followed by "All About That Bass" by Meghan Trainor, "Animals" by Maroon 5, "Habits (Stay High)" by Tove Lo, and the collaboration song "Bang Bang" by Ariana Grande, Jessie J and Nicki Minaj.
