Nintendo players can now exchange the old Nintendo 3DS system and get upto $100 discount for the purchase of new Nintendo 3DS XL, from Nov. 4 to Nov. 10.
Nintendo recently offered a trade-in promotion, available in some participating GameStop stores of the United States, Puerto Rico and Guam that allows the gamers trade their old console in a discount in the purchase of the new one, specifically, in the purchase of a New Nintendo 3DS XL.
To get 100$ off on New Nintendo 3DS XL, users will have to sell a Nintendo 3DS XL, Nintendo 3DS, or PlayStation Vita to some of the affiliated GameStop stores.
If the users do not have any of these, they still can apply to get a discount of 75$ toward a New Nintendo 3DS XL by selling their Nintendo 2DS.
It is important to note that this offer includes the recently-released, brand new New Nintendo 3DS XL Hyrule Edition, which includes a Royal Crest on the front, and also a cover that is gold colored, Nintendo-Insider reported.
This offer has to be taken seriously, and some requirements need to be met in order to get the discount.
The credit must be used to buy a New Nintendo 3DS XL. Hardware with missing pieces are not valid to this offer.
Pre-owned systems do not apply. Cash trades are not allowed. The Nintendo console has to be on full working conditions, either way can apply to receive a lesser value.
These interchanges are subject to managers approval. No dealers are allowed.
GameStop, Inc. reserves the following rights in the offer: cancel, terminate, modify or suspend, and can use them without notice, Nintendo reported.
