Supercell, "Clash of Clans" game developer, may unleash the biggest updates in November. Some updates expected to come to "COC" include an upgrade to Town Hall 11, a new defense layout, and a third hero in addition to the Queen and King.
Now, Supercell has not released an official date for the update, but an extended sneak peek will be unveiled ahead of the update. While many gamers may be excited about the next updates, it may not be easy to enjoy the new features especially if they have not reached the highest level. It will not be surprising since it could take up to two years to attain the top levels.
Some player may be forced to spend a lot of money to get the right speed for the game. Here are some tips from Business Insider UK on how to speed up the game without necessarily spending much money:
1. Build Strategically
Players should have a good structure when it comes to winning trophies. To start with, it is crucial to build defenses and place gold, elixir, or Town Hall, inside or outside the walls based on what should be protected.
Preserve gold and elixir for the next upgrade by keeping Town Hall outside the walls. Some gamers attack the Town Hall first to obtain trophies, but it is important to save a large amount of resources.
2. Go for Stars
When attacking other villages, a player should get at least one star to win trophies. Trophies determine the number of bonus gold and elixir. Destroying the Town Hall first guarantees one star. In the event a player wants to get trophies, it will be vital to go for bases with Town Halls strategically put outside the walls.
3. Maximize the Levels
Gamers should aim at upgrading defenses to the highest levels. Good defenses discourage attackers in addition to protecting resources and Town Hall. Furthermore, upgraded troops do more damage, and withstand attacks.
It is cost effective to upgrade Barbarians and archers. Builders should be engaged since some upgrades can take much time from several hours to a number of days. According to The Bit Bag, alternating quick and long upgrades are necessary for efficiency.
