"Final Fantasy XV" is pushing forward with its development as Square Enix shared the progress of the team for the title. Game Director Hajime Tabata revealed that the pre-beta version is already finished.
While there has been no concrete statement on this for the past few months, it appears that a considerable amount of time was devoted for this by the team. According to Tabata, the team requested Square Enix publicity to keep mum about details of the pre-beta, PlayStation Lifestyle reported.
With the pre-beta for "Final Fantasy XV" now finished, it is likely that more will be seen at the promised big event in March. Apart from reveals, it is not impossible that the developer will feature whatever has already been one for the pre-beta version.
Square Enix is yet to reveal details on how it plans to let fans sample the pre-beta version, or if it even will do so.
As for the recent call to vote from Square Enix on the inclusion of Moogles, the developer has confirmed that it will be part of the game in some way. Tabata stated that Moogle will be in "Final Fantasy XV," thanks to the overwhelming response from fans.
There is a limitation to how the Moogle will be present in the game, DualShockers reported. Considering how far into the development the game is already in, the Moogle will likely be incorporated into the existing plan to avoid reworking the title.
However, Tabata did assure fans that it will be accompanied with a light level that will make the Moogle's presence light and fun even as an extra in "Final Fantasy XV." This means that whatever has already been featured in "Final Fantasy XV" demos may not change as drastically, which is good since this could spell a delay otherwise.
"Final Fantasy XV" is slated for an indefinite 2016 release. It will launch on the Xbox One and PS4 platforms.
