Justin Bieber has relased the music video for his latest single, "Love Yourself" off his album "Purpose." Compared to his earlier songs, "What Do You Mean" and "Sorry," which is a tribute to his relationship with Selena Gomez, the new one seemed to be a big diss to a woman he once dated.
According to Bustle, "Love Yourself" is clearly about a woman who used Bieber for his fame only to break his heart in the end. Although Bieber held that he did not want to write the song in the first place, as it would only make her think that he still cares, he thought it would be best to let her know that he has moved on.
The outlet then listed five women who has been linked with Bieber in the past. Gomez was actually part of the list but the author quickly dismissed her, as the singer previously revealed that Gomez's song was "Mark My Words."
Author Jennifer Still speculated that Bieber wrote "Love Yourself" for Jessica Jarrell, Yovanna Ventura, Jayde Pierce or Chantel Jeffries. Among the four women, Still claimed that it was highly likely that the song was about beauty blogger Pierce.
Pierce and Bieber were first spotted in LA this year. The two also went on a romantic trip to Bora Bora. The London-based model, however, immediately spilled details about their relationship to the press when she got the chance.
"He's a really tactile guy, he loves cuddles," Pierce told Mirror.
Pierce also revealed that Bieber insisted on buying her £70-worth of Anastasia Beverly Hills makeup when they went to Macy's in LA.
