Avid fans of "Zoolander" finally have something to smile about since the first official trailer has eventually hit the internet.
According to People, the long-awaited series sees the return of Derek Zoolander (Ben Stiller and his colleague male-model friend, Hansel McDonald (Own Wilson). The two are still in the business of strutting their stuff down the runway.
While there are many pursed lips and interesting one-liners to go around, Zoolander and McDonald are focused on a mission much more important than just looking good. Seemingly, it turns out from the trailer that the two are out to save the world or the beautiful people in it.
Working collaboratively, Zoolander and McDonald must go undercover in the fashion world to find out who is trying to kill the world's most precious people, including Justin Bieber (who makes a cameo in the promo), Miley Cyrus, and Usher among others.
The official trailer also gives a glimpse of Benedict Cumberbatch portrayed as the world's new top model, although Zoolander and McDonald seem to be a bit confused by the gender of this model.
In a different report from the same publication, it is revealed that Ben Stiller has been teasing about the latest trailer all week. He took to Zoolander's Instagram account and gave a small hint about what fans should expect from the long-awaited comedy. Stiller promised fans that the actual film is at least 11 million time longer than the 10-second teaser video clip.
"Zoolander 2," directed by Stiller and scripted by Justin Theroux, as well features Penelope Cruz, Christine Taylor, and Will Ferrell.
