HP recently introduced Elite X2 1012, its 2-in-1 convertible device that can be used as a tablet or as an ultra book. The device is comparable to that of Microsoft's Surface Pro 4 and has been tested for durability and security.

The new HP Elite X2 1012 that is bound to release features 12 inch HD display with a screen resolution of 1920*1080 pixel. The device is slim and carries a sleek and stylish design that is housed in aluminum alloy and is protected with Gorilla glass panel. The device is scratch and dust resistant and also comes with finger print scanner and smart card reader.

Taking a look into the dimensions factor, HP Elite X2 1012 is 11.8 inch tall and weighs around 1.85 pounds. It is thinner and lighter compared to the predecessor version that was released earlier. There is a built in stand that comes along with the 2-in-1 tablet and can be adjusted up to 150 degrees.

The HP stylus is an additional offer that comes with the device, along with two additional speakers. The 2-in-1 HP device is loaded with Intel core processor while users can migrate to Intel core M3 processor later.

HP Elite X2 1012 is equipped with Windows10 operating system. Taking a sneak peek to the connectivity factor, the 2-in-1 device has option for Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and 3G or 4G connectivity. The battery life is yet another attractive factor that can last up to 10 hours.
