Belfies are now made easier by a new product launched by photo sharing network On.com, the BelfieStick.

For the uninitiated, the term Belfie, which was given by Kim Kardashian when she posted a selfie with her butt on Instagram, is similar to the self-portrait phenomena; the only difference being, a person's own butt is the focus of the picture.

Other celebrities have also followed suit in the new trend, including model Kelly Brook and Cheryl Cole.

The BelfieStick, similarly named from its predecessor, was developed by On.com, which is a social media network for selfie-takers.

Talking to Business Insider, the site's CTO Kevin Deegan said that they invented the device "to assists our users" in taking "butt selfies," which had a "huge spike" from its users.

According to CNET, the BelfieStick is an angled version of the monopod A.K.A. the "selfie stick," which is an extendable device that clips on a user's smartphone for more convenient self-portrait pictures, and also features a Bluetooth-enabled trigger to automatically shoot that butt at the perfect angle.

Tech Crunch reports that while a selfie stick costs around $15 a piece, the new BelfieStick has a price tag of $79.99. Even with nearly six times the price, the device is currently sold out. But aspiring Belfie takers can preorder on the product's website belfiestick.com, which also has several testimonials and Belfies from people who already used the device.

"I can't believe they invented this, it's totally insane!" a user by the name of Ellen from Lansing, Michigan wrote on the product's website as a testimonial.
