"The Vampire Diaries" (TVD) is going on a winter break after airing midseason finale, Episode 10 "Cold as Ice" on Dec. 10, 2015. The show will return next year with a special Damon Salvatore-centric segment. Episode 10 is titled "Hell is Other People" and will dig deeper into the life of Ian Somerhalder's fan-favourite supernatural drama character. While it might be too early for a synopsis for "The Vampire Diaries" (TVD) Season 7 Episode 10, we do know what it is about and it is all about Damon Salvatore. According to International Business Times, "Hell is the Other People" will feature flashbacks from Damon's past.
Speaking to Variety, Ian Somerhalder talked about the highly-anticipated winter premiere segment. He describes Episode 10 as a "concept episode" and one of the "best." He explained that its storyline, the production, wardrobe and every other thing that is involved in producing the instalment is "so on-point."
Based on the actor's interview, fans may assume that the winter premiere is going to be heavy-on-action. "It was a Civil War episode. I was covered in dirt and gunpowder with things blowing up around me. From a Monday to a Friday, I lost six pounds," Ian Somerhalder said.
Meanwhile, Entertainment Weekly suggests that when the supernatural drama returns after the midseason finale, fans can expect to see Damon dealing with the consequences of his harsh goodbye to his mother. The winter premiere is expected to feature Damon in "nearly every scene" of the episode.
