After "South Park" Season 17, the show started to follow a theme for the entire season. With Season 19, the show creators focussed on the gentrification and the new principal of South Park Elementary School - PC Principal.
"South Park" Season 19 also roped in Caitlyn Jenner as a series regular and both PC Principal and Jenner will be showcased in "South Park" Season 20 episodes.
