"TowerFall Ascension" and "Dark World" DLC were already given a release schedule for PS TV and PlayStation. One year following its announcement during the PSX 2014, and being speculated to be made available on PS Vita, the game of archery combat platform has finally been launched today, Dec. 15.
The "TowerFall Ascension" and "Dark World" are going to be cross buy, which means that for those who were able to buy a PS4 version, they will immediately get an access to the games including the DLC on a PS Vita. This was explained through the PlayStation Blog, which also mentioned the upcoming patch which the game developer Matt Thorson also confirmed, that is going to implement the cross save.
"TowerFall Ascension," a follow-up game to the first "TowerFall" which was released on Ouya, is an archery combat platform that can be played by up to four players. The mechanics are accessible and easy despite being a fierce and fast-played game. It is now available on the PC platform and on the PS4. In "TowerFall," on the other hand, the players are set to fight each other in a deathmatch combat by the use of an arrow and a bow on 2D maps. Every shot should count because the ammunition is very limited.
