It appears that the rumors about Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling splitting are yet to become reality. A source told E! News that the couple find the tabloid rumors ridiculous so they "just roll their eyes" and "honestly don't care."
Mendes gave birth to her daughter with Gosling named Esmeralda Amada on Sept. 12, 2014, and since then gave no hints to her fans about the future of her acting career.
After giving birth of her first child with Gosling, Mendes is reportedly quitting acting as she wants to have more children although she has to wait for about a year to try for another one.
"It's been tough on her hiding away with so much attention on her, and she's turned into a fierce mama bear," a source told OK! Magazine. "She's so fed up with the fame game and couldn't think of anything worse than raising a child in LA.".
The source added that Gosling is "all for it and they're talking about ranches in Utah or Ojai." But while Mendes is exhausted after giving birth, her husband was said to be overjoyed over fatherhood. Still, it is yet to be confirmed if Mendes is leaving Hollywood for good and be a full-time mother.
The last film Mendes was seen in was the 2014 fantasy thriller "Lost River," which was written and directed by Gosling. It also starred Christina Hendricks, Matt Smith, Ben Mendelsohn, Saoirse Ronan, Iain De Caestecker, Barbara Steele, Carey Torrice, Demi Kazanis, Reda Kateb, Torrey Wigfield, Garrett Thierry, Landyn Stewart and Cody Stauber, among others.
