Selena Gomez is reportedly dating DJ Zedd, a Russian-German music producer. The two are working on the singer's upcoming music album, according to People.
Although none of the stars or their representatives has commented on the ongoing rumor, the candid photograph posted by Gomez on Instagram suggests that it's not just about friendship. Gomez posted the photograph while she was away from Zedd and shooting in Atlanta for her upcoming film, "The Revised Fundamentals of Caregiving."
In response to Gomez's confession about missing her new beau, Zedd himself posted another snap of the two on Instagram. The alluring picture showed Gomez in bed, video chatting with her rumored beau. The two are said to have kept the long distance between them at bay comfortably through regular Skype and FaceTime chats and calls. If the rumors were true, it would not be a surprise if Zedd decides to hop on a flight to Atlanta.
Rumors about Gomez's relationship with Zedd have been doing rounds since they both were seen holding hands at a Golden Globes party. They were also photographed with Jennifer Aniston, who is said to have been the latter's relationship advisor. The dating couple reportedly left for a late night dinner after the party got over, where Gomez was photographed hiding her face.
DJ Zedd's actual name is Anton Zaslavski and he is the offspring of classical-musician parents. Even though he is a Russian by lineage, he was raised and brought up in Germany.
Zedd has worked with the likes of Justin Bieber and Hayley Williams and it is a bit surprising for him to hook up with Gomez, who was linked to Bieber not a long ago, Perez Hilton reported.
