March 20th, Hong Kong’s last governor Chris Patten, who is now a chancellor of the University of Oxford, attended an event in Hong Kong, which is held by Hong Kong Maritime Museum and Oxford University jointly. During the event, dozens of Hong Kong citizens surrounded Chris Patten and said they wanted Hong Kong to return to British rule. These people expressed their wish to return to the days where Hong Kong operated independently of China.
