'The Witcher 3' DLC update: CD Projekt RED assures more details for 'Blood and Wine' expansion soon; Latest PC mod allows players to travel to the 'Forgotten Worlds'!

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is an action-RPG video game developed by CD Projekt RED for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC Platform.

New details for "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" will feature the "Forgotten Worlds" in latest PC mod and new details for "Blood and Wine" DLC coming soon.

While not a exactly a clear answer, it theorized that the latest DLC will launch in the later months this year and they could still reveal some update this month until the end of April. CD Projekt can still make good at their promise of new updates within the first quarter.

The "Blood and Wine" DLC will feature Geralt travelling to the mysterious regions of Touissant, a land not ravaged by war or conflict, but behind the peaceful atmosphere lies a terrible and dark secret. CD Projekt told Eurogamer that "Blood and Wine" will have a better plot than the main storyline and a bigger file size than the first expansion, "Hearts of Stone".

New monsters will be introduced in "Blood and Wine" such as Bruxas, Manticores and Stringas, as well as characters from the novels like the Dutchess of Touissant Anna Henriatta and the evil sorcerer Vilgefortz. Fringello Vigo will be returning to the DLC as one of Geralt's love interest.

Several reports claim that "Blood and Wine" DLC will have 20 hours of game time and gamers will have to wait within the first quarter for the expansion to come out.

In other news, a new PC mod for "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" will feature players travelling to the forbidden worlds such as "The Isle of Mist", "Dark Valley", "Ddiddiwedhl Desert", "Underwater Ruins" and "Tedd Deireadh".

According to Nexusmods, the mods can be accessed like regular mod inputs, but with additional key bindings and they can be customized by the players, or download it with optiional files section.

When gamers decide to download the key bindings for the mod, they must extract the file input.settings and replace the one in their \Documents\The Witcher 3\ folder.

The codes are as follows: CTRL key + Num0: Teleport to the Isle of Mists (clear weather), CTRL key + Num1: Teleport to the Isle of Mists (original misty weather), CTRL key + Num2: Teleport to the desert, the 1st world during the "Through Time And Space" main quest, CTRL key + Num3: Teleport to the dark valley, the 2nd world during the "Through Time And Space" main quest, CTRL key + Num4: Teleport to the underwater ruins, the 3rd world during the "Through Time And Space" main quest, CTRL key + Num5: Teleport to the blizzard world, the 4th world during the "Through Time And Space" main quest and CTRL key + Num6: Teleport to Ge'els' palace, the 5th and last world during the "Through Time And Space" main quest.

Modders can also change the key bindings of the mods by typing IK_LControl=(Action=FW_Enabled). Replace the Enabled with words associated with the places like IsleOfMists, Desert, DarkValley, UnderwaterRuins, EternalCold and AenElle.
