To all of torrent fanatics out there, a new domain Popcorntime.ml has been launched for Popcorn Time.

As Popcorn Time, dubbed as the Netflix for Pirates, increasingly feels the heat of legal pressure and relentless efforts to take it down, new and ingenious ways of keeping the service available to users continue to emerge. The latest tool for Popcorn Time fans is a browser plug-in called Torrents-Time.

According to TorrentFreak, using Torrents-Time is essentially a workaround on the usual route taken by torrent fans to access free online streaming of movies and television shows. Torrents-Time eliminates the need for a BitTorrent client and a separate video player as the software is an all-in-one package that can perform both functions.

"A torrent client built-in to the browser enables the downloading of the file referred to by the torrent with one click, with the torrent appearing on the HTML page. The user does not need to run a separate BitTorrent client," the Torrents-Time creator was reported by TorrentFreak as saying.

And with the in-house built video player, using the Popcorn Time tool is pretty straightforward. When installed, the plug-in is automatically embedded with a browser so content streaming is but a few clicks away. The report indicated that Torrents-Time works perfectly well with key Internet browsers like Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox via Popcorntime-online.io.

Torrents-Time is coded too to run on Windows 7 and later versions of the operating system, somehow ensuring the plug-in's wider reach.

The Popcorn Time companion tool also promises key features that highlight users' convenience and privacy or security. It has a built in VPN that protects the anonymity of users. The creators also provided support for Chromecast and Airplay, which is a feature that allows users to view streaming contents on large screen televisions.

Torrents-Time also claimed Instant Streaming of torrent contents from browsers though TorrentFreak said on its report that the feature requires a few minutes of buffering prior to running smoothly.

As expected, Torrents-Time is perceived to make Popcorn Time readily accessible than before that likely will only elevate the popularity of the free streaming service, the use of which is considered illegal by content producers and authorities.
