If reports are to be believed, "Boruto: Naruto the Movie" has lead to huge speculations of a brand new Manga series

Although Masashi Kishimoto may have moved from the "Naruto" Franchise to work on a new series, Naruto's son Boruto will soon have his own manga series.

According to Shone Jump, following the "Next Generation" that ended in Dec. 19 2015, there has been an announcement that there will be another manga for the franchise although this time round, it will focus on Naruto's  son (Boruto).

The manga will be different in that it will be penned by Mikio Ikemoto who works closely as Kishimoto's assistant artist. However, Kishimoto will not be entirely excluded from the development of the manga as he is prospected to participate as a supervisor.

Besides the two artists, another artist Ukyo Kodachi will also be involved in writing the up and coming manga series. Kodachi was formerly involved in the development of "Boruto: Naruto the Movie" screenplay coordination and the Naruto: Gaara Hiden: Sajingenso" novel.

Since the end of the "Naruto" manga in its 15-year run in November 2015, Kishimoto has done "The last: Naruto the Movie" and "Boruto: Naruto the Movie" both of which performed favorably in the box office. Apart from these two, Kishimoto has also written "Scarlet Spring," a one-volume manga and "Naruto: The Seventh Hokage."

"Naruto" has remained one of the most admired anime titles, claiming a huge fanbase of millions around the globe. The anime featured a massive storyline and an equally massive cast, and the story of "Naruto" in general took over the imaginations of all anime fans.

According to reports, it was only after finishing the "Boruto: Naruto the Movie" that Kishimoto went on his honeymoon after being married for over a decade. Since then, he has revealed that he is working on another Science fiction manga, Anime News Network reported.
