Seen here is late legendary singer Whitney Houston with her only child, Bobbi Kristina Brown, who died tragically on July 26, 2015.

The autopsy report of Bobbi Kristina Brown, the deceased child of the late legendary singer Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, has been unsealed.

Fulton County Superior Court Judge Henry M. Newkirk ruled on March 3, Thursday, that the protective order on the late celeb child's autopsy report will soon be uplifted at the request of local NBC affiliate 11Alive News.

The media company had filed a petition at the court asking to access on First Amendment grounds, citing that the public has the right to know what killed the late singer and New Edition frontman Bobby Brown's only child at an age of 22.

The media company also cited the dramatic rise in heroin use in the country, saying that it will be in the public interest to know whether Bobbi Kristina had heroine in her system the time of her death or not. Despite the reports, the Fulton County Medical Examiner has claimed that they have not yet received a signed authorization from the court. However, the autopsy results are expected to be made public by March 4, Friday, 11Alive reported.

Bobbi Kristina was found unresponsive in a bathtub of her Georgia house on Jan. 31, 2015. The late celeb child slipped into a coma soon and could not be revived. She died later on July 26, 2015.

The case is still under investigation. The celeb-child's conservator had filed a wrongful death civil claim against her boyfriend Nick Gordon, claiming he caused her irreversible brain damage by knocking her out with drugs and leaving her to die in a tub of cold water.

Gordon's lawyer Bryant Green claimed at the time of the suit that is "meritless and slanderous." No charges have been filed in the criminal case yet.

Meanwhile, Gordon is currently without any legal counsel in the civil case against him. Green had withdrawn back in November 2015 due to a conflict of interest, ET reported. Other reports stated that Gordon was "being uncooperative" with his legal team in the investigation of the civil case.

Bobbi Kristina's death came three years after her Grammy award-winning mother was found drowned in a bathtub in a Beverly Hill hotel. Check out one of her biggest hits below:
