Big Sean announced his upcoming album "Dark Sky Paradise" via social media, according to Music Times.

On Monday, the hip-hop artist posted on Twitter that there will be "new music this week." He also shared a photo on Instagram of the reported album cover. Other musicians such as Kanye West, Drake, DJ Mustard and Travi$ Scott showed their support for him through their Instragram accounts by sharing the same photo.

Although Big Sean does not have so much time to prepare for the album launch, he was able to create enough buzz by tweeting cryptic messages and releasing a teaser that provided a glimpse of his featured songs. Fans can hear different beats in the clip and view several scenes presumably from upcoming music videos.

The album title "Dark Sky Paradise" refers to Big Sean's struggle in handling personal matters, releasing a not so successful album and dealing with the death of his grandmother. Despite the difficulties, things are getting better for the artist.

Big Sean said that the title fits perfectly since he experienced a lot of "thunderstorms" in his life. There were also a lot of "rumbling and lightning" but after that "sunshine" arrived.

Things are definitely going well for the artist especially when it comes to his love life. Big Sean said that he is he thanking God for having Ariana Grande in his life. The couple started out as friends before they dated since they always see each other at work, Gossip Cop reported.

Big Sean revealed that he confided in Grande about his problems and they also talked about the songs they are working on. The friendship was special to him and it was genuine.

The hip-hop star added that he does not think about the conflict that comes with dating someone in the same industry.   Big Sean said that it is not right to be afraid since it is better to give your all in the relationship.

Big Sean's fans can catch "Dark Sky Paradise" as the album hits stores on Feb. 24.
