"Dance Moms" season 6 will see the exit of Maddie Ziegler come episode 18.
As early as now, fans are already anticipating that the upcoming second half of "Dance Moms" will not be as successful as the first.
During the first six to seven episodes of the show, fans learned that Ziegler will not be part of all of the episodes.
At that time, the 13-year-old professional dancer was still filming in New York City for her upcoming movie "The Book of Henry."
After the filming for Colin Trevorrow's project wrapped up, Ziegler returned to Los Angeles to be with her team.
This could be one of the reasons why fans were still glued to the show even if Ziegler wasn't around all the time.
First and most importantly, they knew that the professional dancer will be back.
However, this wouldn't be the case during the second half of the season.
With this, it's possible that fans of Ziegler will not continue to watching "Dance Moms" until the end of season 6.
Ziegler's mom Melissa Gisoni herself said that people watch "Dance Moms" and root for ALDC because of Ziegler and her younger daughter Mackenzie.
Although this remark didn't sit well with coach Abby Lee Miller, everyone in the group knew that Gisoni was telling them the truth.
Meanwhile, the minute Ziegler, Mackenzie and Gisoni exit the hit Lifetime reality TV show, it's possible that new faces will be introduced.
While speaking with Entertainment Tonight at the Kids' Choice Awards, Miller said that it's her job to make stars, and introduce them to the rest of the world.
The same thing was what she did with Ziegler who started dancing with the ALDC at a very young age.
When her time on the show and the team was over, Miller said that she's proud of what she's accomplished with her.
With this, fans believe that Miller could hone someone like Ziegler in the next few years.
However, it is unclear whether or not the fans' reception of the new talent will be as solid as how they supported Ziegler.
"Dance Moms" season 6 airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET on Lifetime.
