Premier League 2015-2016: West Brom vs Norwich City, Preview, Prediction & Predicted Lineup

West Brom striker Salomón Rondón (L) competes for the ball against Manchester United's Chris Smalling.

Middling team West Bromwich Albion FC (10-10-9, 39 points) will look to extend their four-game undefeated streak as the team takes on bottom-three squad Norwich City FC (6-17-7, 25 points) at the Hawthorns on March 19th, Saturday as the 2015-2016 Premier League season is gradually coming to a close.

In their most recent English top flight match, West Brom pulled off a stunning 1-0 upset over 10-man perennial powerhouse Manchester United on March 6th also at their home field of the Hawthorns, as reported by SkySports.

Venezuelan striker Salomón Rondón scored the lone goal of the match for Tony Pulis' side six minutes after the hour mark to give the Red Devils their eighth loss of the season and also potentially crush their Champions League hopes for next season.

The game marked the Baggies fourth consecutive unbeaten match and second straight giant-killing performance after their 2-2 draw with current frontrunners Leicester City five days before.

West Brom is now sitting at the 11th spot of the league table, 14 points safe of the bottom-three relegation zone but is a far 12 points away from Manchester City's fourth spot, which is the final qualifying berth to next season's UEFA Champions League tournament.

Meanwhile, newly-promoted club Norwich City is in danger of being relegated back to the Football League Championship as they are currently included in the bottom three teams that are in line for next season's demotion.

However, they forced contending squad Manchester City into a goalless draw last Saturday at their home field of Carrow Road to gain a point in the overall standings, as per BBC Sport.

It was a disappointing night for the title contenders as they could only manage to snag a point against the lowly Yellows.

The draw was Norwich's 11th consecutive winless performance, though, which had kept them at the last three spots of the league table.

The predicted result is a 2-1 victory for West Brom. The Canaries are keen on building momentum from the recent draw at the Carrow Road, but the Baggies will prevail.

West Brom starting lineup (4-4-2 formation): Foster; Dawson, McAuley, Olsson, Chester; Sessegnon, Yacob, Fletcher, Gardner; Rondón, Berahino

Norwich City starting lineup (4-4-1-1 formation): Ruddy; Martin, Bennett, Klose, Olsson; Redmond, O'Neil, Howson, Jarvis; Hoolahan; Bamford
