Eminem: ‘This don’t mean I’m gay’

Elton John and Eminem perform 'Stan' at the 43rd Annual Grammy Awards at Staples Center, Los Angeles, California on Feb. 21, 2001.

In 2014, Eminem appeared in the film "The Interview," in which he played a fictionalized version of himself coming out as gay. His dialogues in the film are contradictory to one of the lines in the lyrics of his song "Fack."

"This don't mean I'm gay, I don't like men," Eminem raps in "Fack." This part of the song pertains to a male enjoying anal stimulation.

In real life, Eminem is not in the list of celebrities who are likely to come out as gay. He is one of the singers who are accused of being homophobic because of his lyrics although he is friends with openly gay musician Elton John, who recently performed at the Mobile Civic Center in Alabama, AL reported.

In "The Interview," Eminem appears in a scene featuring the fictionalized version of himself being interviewed by David Skylark (James Franco). The former says, "When I say things about gay people and people think that my lyrics are homophobic, you know, it's because I'm gay."

"I'm a homosexual," the fictionalized Eminem further says in "The Interview." "I like men."

The showrunner named Aaron Rapaport (Seth Rogen) says behind the scenes that it is "the greatest moment in gay history." Another character adds, "Gay Twitter is blowing up."

Directed by Rogen and Evan Goldberg, "The Interview" is the first feature film, in which Eminem had a cameo but he was uncredited. The only film that starred the Detroit rapper is "8 Mile," whose soundtrack song "Lose Yourself" won an Academy Award for Best Original Song in 2003.

During his concerts, Eminem normally closes out with "Lose Yourself." Recently, however, he chose to end his set during his performance on March 12 in Sao Paolo, Brazil, where he headlined Lollapalooza South America 2016, according to Complex.

It was also the first time Eminem performed "Fack" live onstage. The song is one of the 17 songs in the explicit version of the Detroit rapper's compilation album "Curtain Call: The Hits," which was released on Dec. 6, 2005.

"Fack" is not included in the clean version of the album, which only has 15 tracks. Among the tracks included both in the explicit and clean version are the collaboration songs "Stan" featuring Dido, the live performance of "Stan" by Eminem and John, "Shake That" featuring Nate Dogg and "Guilty Conscience" featuring Dr. Dre.
