LG introduces the LG Friends manager app from the new interface UX 5.0 for the G5 smartphone.

LG has finally revealed their new UX 5.0 interface and it will be coming to the G5 modular smartphone. The brand new interface will have a lot of cool features for LG fans to try out.

The new UX interface comes with a lot of features that will enhance the experience of an LG smartphone user, ZDNet reported. The interface comes with a feature called the LG Friends manager, which is an app that the G5 needs to control and sync accessories that can be attached to it. Friends who are nearby can be instantly recognized by this app and will allow the user to choose which one to connect with their smartphone and will be called LG Friends.

The Rolling Bot is another app which is a 360-degree camera and remote controllable minibot that gathers all the photos the user has taken. Another new app is called the Friends Camera Album which is needed for the 360 Cam feature.

The G5 has a new improved camera and the new UX interface supports it perfectly, according to eWeek. The camera has the ability to easily switch between the 78-degree lens to 135-degree wide-angle lens with just a pinch of the screen.

The new UX 5.0 interface also has new tweaks and upgrades like combining the smartphone's Home Screen with the App Drawer to make apps easier to navigate with. Smart Doctor is a very useful app that automatically suggests users what apps to delete and gives advice on how to manage the smartphone's battery life.

The File Manager app is useful for users who want their documents managed automatically. LG Backup is an important program which allows users to transfer important files to other smartphones when needed.

There is also a fitness tracking app called the LG Health and it comes in two modes which are the Beginner and Advanced. The Beginner course is what users need to start first and if they accomplish the course, they can upgrade to the Advanced course for harder version.

LG mobile chief Juno Cho said in a statement that in order to provide their loyal customers a better mobile experience, they analyzed the current lifestyle of smartphone users today. The LG UX 5.0 is the result of that analysis, he added.
