"19 Kids and Counting" alum Jill Duggar and husband Derick Dillard seem to be expecting their second child together.
Just recently, Duggar shared a photo on her Instagram account that made fans think she has a baby bump.
The photo also showed Duggar, Dillard, and their son celebrating Easter in El Salvador where they are currently residing in for missionary work.
"Happy Easter... one day late! Jesus is alive! @dillardfamily," she captioned the photo.
Meanwhile, the former TLC reality TV star Dillard was also scrutinized by fans who noted how much weight he's lost, and how long his hair has become since leaving the United States.
Instagram user @jewelsmcqueen wrote, "Is Derick ok? The weight loss and disheveled look have me worried. Thinking they should come back home already."
Another fan @gadsengirl wrote, "Poor Derick, maybe you should come back to the states for some medical care?"
Instagram user @troshalom wrote, "Uhm, what's the story with your hubby's hair?"
Another fan @agurekovich77 wrote, "Derick looking all rough! I hope he's okay."
Instagram user @princess_romanov also criticized the way Dillard's wife Duggar looked in the photo.
"Jill, from one nursing momma to another, you really need a better supportive bra. If you don't wear the right bra you can end up with bad back and shoulder problems in the future. My doctor advised me when I wasn't wearing enough support so I just wanted to pass on the advice."
Meanwhile, according to Design N Trend, people are becoming more and more concerned over Duggar's possible pregnancy because she's currently living in El Salvador where Zika virus is currently thriving in.
Even El Salvador's Deputy Health Minister Eduardo Espinoza even encouraged married women to avoid getting pregnant for the next two years.
In other news, TLC cancelled "19 Kids and Counting" after Duggar's brother confessed to sexually molesting young girls when he was just a boy.
Since then, the members of the Duggar household have been living their separate lives.
