No “Mass Effect: Andromeda” game title will be released this year, as the game’s publisher EA announced.

"Mass Effect: Andromeda" PS4 release date announcement is not coming anytime soon but fans might get a glimpse on the game at the upcoming E3 2016 as lead designer Ian Frazier and new Senior Cinematic Animator Tal Peleg teased on Twitter what fans can expect in the game.

According to Peleg, gamers will get to see a lot of hot scenes which confirms that the main character will have the freedom to flirt with other characters, similar to the previous installments, Dual Shockers reported.

Frazier, meanwhile, said that the enemies will be more intimidating than ever as an enormous creature will serve as an obstacle to the protagonists.

The last installment of the game, "Mass Effect 3" was released four years ago and with the current advancement in console technology, it will be interesting to see how the series will translate to the PlayStation 4.

Meanwhile, "Mass Effect: Andromeda" was initially slated for a December 2016 launch but BioWare ultimately decided to move it in Q1 of 2017 as huge titles such as "Titanfall 2" and "Battlefield 5" will be arriving this year as well, Expert Reviews reported.

"We've got a great year ahead," EA's chief financial officer Blake Jorgensen said during an EA investor call. "We've got our Battlefield first-person shooter game coming in the third quarter, and our third-party title that Respawn, our partner, built, it's called 'Titanfall' [2]."

He further added that "Mirror Edge," another popular title, will be unveiled within the year. So far, fans have seen the latest trailer unveiled during the N7 Day event and it confirms that a new protagonist will be introduced. As seen on the trailer, the new hero's face was not revealed and that is because gamers will have the freedom to customize their character. However, one thing is certain, he/she will still be affiliated with the N7, the organization Commander Shepard belonged to before he became a Council Spectre.

Also, it looks like the story will revolve in a different universe as new creatures are seen lurking in the mysterious planet. This has been one of the biggest requests of the "Mass Effect" fan base and BioWare is planning to do just that. Watch the trailer below.
