Lindsey Morgan says season 3 finale of "The 100" is going to be "really dark."

"The 100" season 3 returns with an all-new episode this Thursday, April 28 with "Join or Die." The latest spoilers and official synopsis revealed that episode 13 will be a huge one for Clarke (Eliza Taylor).

According to Cartermatt, in "The 100" season 3 episode 13, viewers will see Clarke go in a mission that could "change everything." Kane (Henry Ian Cusick) was also said to "reach a breaking point" in "Join or Die" episode. The outlet speculated that viewers may expect another death in the coming episode.

"Something's going to happen to Kane. Sure, there have already been a ton of other people who have died this season, but we've been worried about this guy for the vast majority of the season."

"The 100" showrunner Jason Rothenberg is clearly not afraid to kill off any of the cast members. Even major characters such as Lexa (Alycia Debnam-Carey) and Lincoln (Ricky Whittle) were not exempted. A new interview with one of the cast members revealed that the killings will not stop anytime soon.

In an interview with TV Guide, Lindsay Morgan, who plays Raven in the hit The CW series, admitted that "The 100" season 3 finale is going to be "really dark." While the actress did not reveal further details, such as if another major character will end up dead, Morgan shared that the season 3 finale will definitely provide closure to some of the characters' disparate storylines.

"You'll get caught up with everybody. You'll get a lot of ends wrapped up. You'll see a lot of characters you haven't seen for a while. I think the finale is a really great bookend to the entire journey that everyone has been on since Season 1," she explained.

"The 100" showrunner has recently been under fire for killing Lexa. Many fans were clearly disappointed when Debnam-Carey's character was killed immediately after her intimate moment with Clarke finally happened. Many were outraged that another LGBT character has been needlessly killed, pointing out that Lexa's story could have been fleshed even further.

Rothenberg explained that they did not want to hurt the fans in any way. Given the chance to change the story, "The 100" EP said that he stand by what they have written.

"This is a show where characters die," he added.

"The 100" season 3 airs Thursdays on The CW. Watch the promo for episode 12, "Join or Die" below:
