Final Fantasy XV is an action-RPG video game developed by Square Enix for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles.

The Active Time Report for "Final Fantasy XV," which got a Japanese live stream recently, has hinted that Square Enix will be increasing production of the collector's edition, besides revealing other updates concerning the game.

The developer has also announced more developments and projects that were unveiled during the "Uncover: Final Fantasy XV." The weightiest issue that came out during the stream was the reproduction of the "Final Fantasy XV" collector's edition.

According to Gamespot, when the pre-order was obtainable, it was sold out in a matter of a short period. As a result, the company has opted to produce more of the collector's edition.

Nevertheless, there is no assurance that the Square Enix will make it in time for the release of the game. Analysts, yet, believe that the developer will try its best to meet the demand of its customers.

Before the launch of the game, an animated miniseries and a movie will also get released with the titles as "Brotherhood: Final Fantasy XV" and "Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV" respectively, Crunchy Roll has learned. Both will aim at showcasing the history of "Final Fantasy," while exhibiting the relationship between other characters and Prince Noctis, the main character.

Additionally, the Active Time Report also highlighted that "Kingsglaive" will get released in Japan on July 9 and that tickets will start selling on April 23. However, many gamers are claiming that it is not necessary to watch neither the movie nor the miniseries to appreciate the game itself.

Information about "Justice Monsters V," another free-to-play mini-game, was also aired during the event. Reports are showing that the pre-registration count for the mobile app has already hit 90,000 people, with the expected availability for download being next week. For iOS users, the app will be ready later in June.

More information about the franchise will be aired during the next Active Time Report, which is expected to take place at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) 2016. Square Enix is reportedly getting ready for the event with the launch date for "Final Fantasy XV" being Sep. 30 for both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
