Whitney Houston, Bobbi Kristina

Max Lomas, a friend of Bobbi Kristina Brown who was found unresponsive in her bathtub inside her house in Georgia on Jan. 31, finally breaks his silence about the incident through his lawyer Philip Holloway.

Holloway disclosed that it was his client Lomas who reported to the authorities and called 911 when he found Ms. Brown's unconscious body while in the tub. Lomas and Ms. Brown has been very good friends for a long time and he is totally devastated on the tragic episode and wanted nothing but to see her fully recovered soon, Yahoo! News reported.

At this time, the daughter of Bobby Brown and the late Whitney Houston has been placed in a medically infused coma at a hospital in Georgia. Nick Gordon, Ms. Brown's long-time partner, performed CPR as soon as they found them unconscious.

"Contrary to what's been reported, my client, Max Lomas, was the person who first discovered Bobbi Kristina and called 911. My client wants nothing more than to see a full recovery. He and Krissi have been friends for many, many years, and he is absolutely devastated and prays for her immediate recovery," explained Holloway.

In an official report, Lomas has pleaded not guilty to previous charges against him, he was arrested on weapons and drug charges earlier on Jan. 14, the current incident has no relation whatsoever on Ms. Brown's current condition, according to US Magazine.

On Feb. 2, Monday, Houston's daughter was moved from North Fulton Hospital in Roswell, Georgia, to Emory University Hospital in Atlanta.
