In an interview with Beats 1 radio, as cited by USA Today, the-29-year-old rapper from Toronto told radio host Zane Lowe that he and Rihanna have an undeniable chemistry. He also asserted that their chemistry is what usually makes their songs strong.
Drake told Lowe that the energy in both their music and themselves is genuine. His thoughts about Rihanna reflected of his appreciation for their attachment. He even admitted that Rihanna's involvement in his songs made magic and that his collaboration with the pop star usually makes their music a success.
Although the two have not openly admitted to having a romantic relationship, rumors of them rekindling a love affair have sparkled online recently. The long romantic chase timeline dates way back in 2009. Apparently, things spiced up when the 29-year-old-rapper fought with Chris Brown over Rihanna in a night club.
Just a few days ago, Drake released his latest album "Views," which features Rihanna in a song titled "Too Good." The song, seemingly, has similar features with "Work," another song they released together few months ago.
There have also been a series of tracks, which include the old hit "What's my Name" and "Take Care." These are songs that depict an affection the two music stars share for each other.
Meanwhile, Drake spoke of his unfortunate sour relationship with Nikki Minaj. The "Headlines" singer shared that he has not spoken to Minaj ever since the public dramatic feud with her boyfriend Meek Mill on social media.
As cited by Hip Hollywood, the rapper, however, had good things to say about Minaj in his interview with Beats 1 Radio, including the fact that he has numerous respect for the female artist. He revealed that he had always hoped for more, but still respects her decision and termed her cold reaction to being classy as it involves her personal love relationship.
