One Direction member Harry Styles is headed on another direction with his career, as recent reports claim that Styles is going to jump from the music world to the TV industry. The singer has been rumored to fill a role in "Scream Queens" Season 2.
The rumor sparked when one of the actors in Fox's "Scream Queens" Nick Jonas said in his interview with Now magazine that he does not know whether the 1D star is joining the cast or not. He added that several agents and directors have seen Styles act, and that they said he was a good actor, Unreality TV reported.
There are also reports that Cara Delevigne, Styles ex-girlfriend, has introduced the One Direction star to Sharon Jackson, which happens to be Delevigne's agent. The reports also lead to information that Styles is having acting classes whenever the singer is in Los Angeles, Popcrush has learned. In addition, rumors also suggest that Styles have been getting acting lessons from his friend, and the "Scrubs" TV series lead star Zack Braff.
On the other note, Styles has still not confirmed whether he is indeed joining the cast of "Scream Queens" Season 2, while the show's executive producers have also not released a statement regarding Styles' possible entry next season. Given this information, fans of the One Direction star should not take the said rumors too seriously. Perhaps, as soon as Fox's hit TV series "Scream Queens" starts its second season filming by July, news about Styles joining the crew might pop up.
Meanwhile, it can be remembered that One Direction announced that they will be on hiatus by 2016. However, the reports that One Direction's hiatus is going to be permanent are said to be a hoax, as what was reported in Billboard. The same publication also guarantees the fans of the British Boy Band that One Direction's hiatus is only temporary, and that the fans should wait until the members of the band will give an official detail regarding the status of 1D.
