Sasha Banks arrives for WWE RAW at 02 Brooklyn Bowl.

Sasha Banks is one of the wrestlers in the world following an incredible run in NXT and WWE last year. However, there are reports saying that Banks is unhappy with her current role in the company.

According to All Wrestling News, the former NXT standout would like to appear on WWE television more after she has been barely used since being involved in the Triple Threat Match for the Women's championship at WrestleMania 32.

Banks is currently in a feud with Summer Rae that is being built up online. They wrestled several weeks ago on Monday Night Raw with Banks coming out on top. The two was also involved in an 8-Diva Tag Team Match on the April 18 episode of Raw.

The 24-year-old wrestler has not been featured on television the following weeks and was not part of the "Payback" pay-per-view card. Her feud with Summer Rae will likely continue going forward before getting another shot at the WWE Women's championship.

As the reports of being unhappy with her role in the WWE surfaced, Banks commented on them via her Tumblr account. She wote, "It’s always something at least there’s not reports that I’m injured lol."

According to Sportskeeda, top officials of the WWE are protecting Banks by not showing her on television. WWE sees her as a future star but does not want to overexpose her or give her losses seen by many fans.

Banks joined the WWE in 2012 after stints with promotions such as Chaotic Wrestling, Independent Wrestling Entertainment and Ring Wars Carolina. She broke out in the WWE developmental when she won the NXT Women's title in February 2015.

Pro Wrestling Illustrated (PWI) ranked her the third-best women's wrestler in the world in 2015 and was also named PWI Woman of the Year. Her match with Bayley at "NXT TakeOver: Respect" won Match of the Year and is considered by some as one of the best women's wrestling matches in history.

Banks was also awarded by the Rolling Stone as the Future Diva of the Year, the NXT Match of the Year, and the Title Feud of the Year. Check out the video below for the highlights of Banks vs. Bayley at "NXT TakeOver: Respect."
