Ania Bukstein appeared in "Game of Thrones" Season 6 episode 5 as Kinvara.

HBO has released several new photos from "Game of Thrones" Season 6 episode 5. The episode, which will be titled "The Door," is likely to show exciting moments in the North and beyond the Wall, along with the entry of an intriguing new Red priestess who will meet with the leaders of Meereen.

"The Door" will be Jack Bender's first outing as director for the show. Official synopsis of the episode released by HBO reads, "Tyrion seeks a strange ally. Bran learns a great deal. Brienne goes on a mission. Arya is given a chance to prove herself."

The new pictures released by the network has brought focus to new priestess Kinvara, a role that is played by Israeli actress Ania Bukstein. She is shown draped in similar red robes and jewels, including the replica of the choker that Melisandre (Carice Van Houten) always wears.

Although her appearance to "Game of Thrones" comes several seasons after Melisandre's, a leaked script snippet posted on Screen Crush shows her being introduced as the Lord of Light's first follower. An alliance between Tyrian Lannister (Peter Dinklage) and Kinvara is expected to emerge wherein the latter will help to influence Meereenese's public perception of Daenarys (Emilia Clarke).

A major "Game of Thrones" Season 6 spoiler indicate that Kinvara and Melisandre will differ on their opinion of Azor Ahai. While the Red Priestess earlier believed Stannis Baratheon as warrior of fire followed by a new belief in reincarnated Jon Snow (Kit Harington), Kinvara is likely to back Mother of Dragons as the chosen one.

Other pictures indicate a tense meeting of Sansa Stark (Sophie Turner) and Littlefinger (Aidan Gillen). The pic suggests that the meeting will take place in Castle Black where the latter has come along the knights of the Vale after ending his alliance with Boltons.

While one of the pic shows Bran Stark's (Isaac Hempstead-Wright) encounter with the Night's King (Vladimir "Furdo" Furdik), another stills also shows Leaf along with other Children in a very different landscape. Jon Snow is also seen looking quite intense, most likely contemplating his move on Winterfell.

"Game of Thrones" airs on Sundays at 9 p.m. EDT on HBO.Watch the preview of episode 5 below:
