The product of "Produce 101," IOI, is now one of the most sought after girl group endorsers for various products.

IOI is among the new generation of girl groups that are enjoying success thanks to the reality TV show they were a part of. According to reports, the group is in high demand at festivals, events and on TV shows. In just two weeks since its May debut, I.O.I has inked some 10 ad endorsement deals.

The girl group has become the face of various products such as Etude House, Mom's Touch Chicken and Burger, Haneul Bori Ice Sparkling Water and HiteJinro's Chamisul right after they debuted.

Meanwhile, the group also endorsed SK Telecom and has attracted more than 1.16 million people to visit its official website in five weeks. The girls fit the new campaign of the company of sending encouragement via smartphone.

The campaign's advertisement videos, featuring newly debuted girl group I.O.I, have ranked on the top 5 list of the realtime popularity chart at the nation's top web portal Naver.

"It is uncommon that an enterprise's video ads, rather than video clips from popular entertainment shows, rank on the top perch of the Naver chart," an SK Telecom official said.

Meanwhile, according to Korea Times, IOI bags and endorsement deal with KB Kookmin Bank. This is the first time that the bank sought the help of a girl group as endorser. In the past, the bank relies on sports stars as endorsers such as Olympic champion figure skater Kim Yu-na, rhythmic gymnast Son Yeon-jae and golfing great Park In-bee.

As part of the deal, IOI will appear in advertisements and other promotional images of the bank's product lines targeting young customers. Also, the band will perform at a concert held by KB for its customers in July. The contract will be retained until February next year, when the project group is set to be disbanded.

Unfortunately, IOI will disband after one year and the girls will go back to their respective agencies.
