What happens when Sam and Dean battle Men of Letters and reunite with their mother in ‘Supernatural’ Season 12 episode 1?

It was just about 2 weeks ago when the hit fantasy horror television series, "Supernatural," wrapped up its eleventh season, and with its twelfth installment already confirmed, rumors has it that "Supernatural" Season 12 will feature Mary Winchester's plot.

It can be remembered that the season finale episode of "Supernatural" Season 11 showed the resurrection of the Winchester boys' mother, Mary (played by Samantha Smith).

Dean found her mother wearing the same clothes she wore when she faced her death, and it was said that the resurrection of Mary was the reward of Amara (played by Emily Swallow) to Dean who helped her in realizing that vengeance is not worth the time, which led to Amara deciding to reconcile with her brother Chuck or God (played by Rob Benedict). With the cliffhanger, fans are speculating that Mary's return will be among the important storylines to tackle in "Supernatural" Season 12.

On the other hand, according to Blasting News, another possible storyline for the "Supernatural" Season 12 will be featured, which will be about the fight between the Winchester brothers and the Men of Letters. It was in the finale episode when a member of the said group, named Lady Toni Bevell (played by Elizabeth Blackmore) was encountered by Sam (played by Jared Padalecki). It was shown that Sam was provoking Bevell to kill him, and then a loud gunshot was heard, yet no one knows whether the mysterious character did actually shot Sam.

In addition, some probable details of "Supernatural" Season 12 were also cited. Aside from the entry of Elizabeth Blackmore in "Supernatural" Season 12, showrunner Jeremy Carver will not be returning to the twelfth season of the series due to a new project on The CW, titled "Frequency." Robert Singer and Andrew Dabb will instead team-up as the new executive producers of the series.

According to Premiere Date, the release date of "Supernatural" Season 12 is still uncertain; however, rumors has it that fans should expect the series returning this fall.
