After losing her "Soul Diva" daughter in Feb. 2012, Cissy Houston is once again facing another tragedy as granddaughter Bobbi Kristina Brown, suffers in a medically-induced coma after being found unresponsive in her tub on Jan. 31.

In a recent interview with the Entertainment Tonight, the family friend Smokey Robinson said that her 81-year-old friend is experiencing a tough time coping with her granddaughter's health.

"She's out of it," the legendary Motown singer shared after witnessing her friend's devotion of being with her granddaughter at the Emory University Hospital in Georgia since the incident happened. "She is really struggling with all of this," he added.

Even Bobby Brown, the father, is carrying the full weight of the situation. The relatives are also continuing their prayers for a miracle to happen, though there has been no significant improvement in Bobbi's health.

"It is such a tragic situation," the family friend concluded.

On Jan. 31, Bobbi Kristina was placed in a medically-induced coma, 11 days before her mother's third year death anniversary. The "I'm Every Woman"singer Whitney Houston, was found unresponsive in her Roswell, Georgia home.

The 21-year-old's current and exact health status is not clear until today.

The family is now preparing to take out her life-support on Wednesday, so she could rest on the same date of her mother's death anniversary, Page Six reported.  However, the US Weekly revealed that Bobbi Kristina will not undergo euthanasia.

On Feb. 9, Monday, a candlelight vigil was celebrated in Bobbi's honor which was held at Riverdale Town Center in Georgia.
