Hafthor Julius Bjornsson of Iceland competes in the Arnold Classic Professional Strongman competition during the 2016 Arnold Classic on March 19, 2016 in Melbourne, Australia.

"Game of Thrones" season 6 star Hafthor Julius Bjornsson, who plays the role of a warrior named Gregor "The Mountain" Clegane is 6 feet and 9 inches tall. That not only makes him huge in his appearance, but also makes him tower his girlfriend.

The disproportionate pair was spotted together during a shopping trip in Beverly Hills on June 9, Thursday. The 27-year-old actor's brunette beauty was wearing a green pencil dress and spotted browsing through designer sunglasses, the Daily Mail reports.

Meanwhile, "The Mountain" man, who maintains his muscles by eating between six and eight meals per day and weighs a whopping 395 pounds, was spotted sporting a T-shirt. The quote printed on the T-shirt read, "Strong Mother F***er."

The couple was also pictured carrying huge Louis Vuitton shopping bags. Bjornsson looked no different than a man towering his girlfriend. It appears that the duo fell in love and started dating each other near the actor's birthday in November 2015.

'Even though I am super-strong; women have never complained of me not being able to handle them "softly," the Icelandic man had said during a Reddit AMA Q&A in 2014.

Bjornsson was recently crowned with the title of the "Strongest Man in Iceland" for the fifth time in a row. In addition, he claims to be the third strongest man in the world. The actor has the capability to pull trucks and airplanes. He can even easily lift 1500 pound logs.

During the Reddit AMA Q&A, Bjornsson also revealed that he consumes around 10,000 calories per day to maintain his muscles. However, the actual calorie intake really depends on whether he is working as an actor or to compete in some world championship.

Upon being asked what type of cardio he prefers to do, he said that he prefers to have sex and move heavy weights at the gym. He further said that he likes to listen to metal music while training at the gym.

However, Bjornsson is afraid of being injured and that is the reason he likes to protect his body against injuries. He wears specially-made knee and elbow "sleeves" during a competition to protect himself against injuries. The so-called sleeves support the joints and helps keep his body warm.
