Fallout 4 is an open world action role-playing video game developed by Bethesda Game Studios and published by Bethesda Softworks.

The latest details for "Fallout 4" will feature a Steam linked account requirement for mod support and new torture devices that are seen in "Contraptions Workshop".

Bethesda Game Studios announced that Mod supports for "Fallout 4" will not require a Steam linked account for the PlayStation 4 , which is previously launched on the PC and Xbox One platforms. When mod support first came to consoles at the end of May, many PC modders found their work had been lifted from nonofficial, third-party hosting sites such as Nexus Mods and then uploaded to Bethesda.net for use on Xbox One.

As a result, Bethesda created a channel were in mod users can file a complaint to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to remove the content. Bethesda urges players to have a Steam linked Bethesda.net account as a means to tracking or sanctioning who lifting the mod works for the PS4 and Xbox One consoles, Polygon reported.

In other news, Bethesda launched their new DLC expansion for "Fallout 4" this week called the "Constraptions Workshops". The new DLC will allow gamers to make and invent several machines and gadgets such as elevators, sorting machines, converyor belts, object racks, ball tracks and many more.

However, several of these new contraptions built were used in torture for NPCs within "Fallout 4" as YouTube user Father made a video were in characters like Preston Garvey and Mama Murphy in pillories, and then went on to construct a device to perpetually launch teddy bears directly at their faces.

Another YouTube user IAGO posted a video which more nefarious than Father as the user crafted a Rube Goldberg device built solely to shoot paintballs at Preston Garvey’s butt. This certainly gave gaming fans several ideas on creating devices in the new DLC expansion, whether it's for fun or torture, Gamerant reported.

Bethesda will be launching two more DLC expansions for "Fallout 4" as "Vault-tec Workshop" will launch on July and it lets gamers built their own Vault as they become a vault overseer and setting up experiments for their vault dwellers similar to "Fallout Shelter"
